Promote Economic Projects of the CCISRMS

Implementation of ambitious projects to ensure the promotion and attractiveness of the region:

• Propose a vision of economic development through the development of promising projects for the territory;
• Development of projects that support the territorial strategic orientations based on 5 axes:
  • International Centre for Fairs and Exhibitions;
  • Economic activity zones;
  • Upgrading and creation of new industrial zones;
  • Training;
• Prepare the preliminary projects as well as the technical sheets of the CCISRMS projects;
• Make sure that project execution procedures are properly applied;
• Ensure the monitoring of project progress.
