The administrative office is elected by the members of the general assembly for a period of 6 years.
It consists of a president; 4 vice presidents; a treasurer and an assistant treasurer, a reporter and an assistant reporter.

It presents the Chamber’s action plan for approval to the General Assembly and ensures the execution and follow-up of its decisions.
It ensures, in collaboration with the direction of the Chamber, the normal and daily functioning of its services.
