Hall Reservation Procedure

The reservation file must be deposited 2 days before the date of the event, at the CCISRMS order desk of the Marrakesh-Safi Region or the concerned annex. This file must contain :

  • A request for hall rental (This request must contain the following information):
    • Requesting organization
    • The room object of the reservation
    • Nature of the event
    • Start and end date of the event
    • Signature and stamp of applicant
  • Payment of room rental fees
  • A letter of commitment, stamped and signed by the applicant, for the total coverage of repairs and/or replacement of the equipment in case of damage.
