The Authorized Accounting Management Centers were created by law n° 57-90 promulgated by Dahir n° 1-91-228 of November 1992 which enacts tax measures (15% allowance) in favor of industrialists, traders, craftsmen and farmers subject to the general income tax according to the system of flat-rate profit or that of the simplified net result. These centers aim at restructuring small and medium-sized enterprises subject to the flat-rate profit or simplified net profit regime in order to better help them keep their accounts, establish and certify the sincerity of their tax returns.
