OMPIC COUNTER

Service space relating to OMPIC services within the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Marrakesh-Safi. This counter allows the CCIS of the Marrakesh-Safi Region to offer to its members an interface of OMPIC services in the prefectures and provinces related to it, namely Safi, El Kelâa des Sraghna, Essaouira to facilitate the formalities of filing of industrial property titles and the services of the Trade Central Register.

With regard to the Central Commercial Register :

• Requests for information, registration certificates and copies of entries in the Trade Register.
• Requests for copies of legal and financial documents ( Statutes, reports and synthesis reports, etc.).

In the field of Industrial Property

• Trade mark applications.
• Applications for Registration of Industrial Designs.
• Requests for extracts from the register.
